Build a sustainable search across public services, employers and platforms.
Choose a few useful channels
Use SEF and Empléate for public matching services, EURES for European mobility and the public employment search for recruitment notices. Municipal services and placement agencies may provide vacancies and guidance: confirm their scope and process.
Employers and private platforms
Find careers pages on employers’ official websites. Before creating a private-platform account, check privacy, CV visibility and terms. Registration or an alert does not guarantee an interview.
- Search for tasks and alternative job titles; widen the area only if travel is workable.
- Set a few relevant alerts and review their results. You do not need to publish your phone number openly.
Set a manageable routine
Allocate time to finding, tailoring and following applications. Review which channels bring responses and adjust; application counts do not measure your worth or prospects. Younger applicants can check current Youth Guarantee requirements and programmes.
