Which body does what?

In Murcia, SEF manages jobseeker registration, guidance, vacancies and training. SEPE handles unemployment benefits. Sharing an office or being registered does not mean you have applied for a benefit.

Registration or update

Check SEF procedures for the route that fits your situation. Prepare identification, study and work evidence, and work authorisation where applicable; confirm the exact list with your office.

• Keep occupations, availability and qualifications in your profile accurate.
• If online access is difficult, check your assigned office and how to request assistance.

Renew and keep proof

Read the renewal date on your DARDE. Complete renewal through an accepted channel and keep the new receipt. If you miss the date or encounter a failure, contact SEF promptly and keep evidence of the problem.

• To renew online, open the SEF Virtual Office link in this section and select «Renovar demanda» (Renew registration). You can also select «Consultar fecha próxima renovación» (Check the next renewal date).
• A personal reminder helps but does not renew registration.
• Do not share passwords or access codes.
