Language, digital access, disability or social circumstances: describe what would help you participate.

Make a specific request

You can ask for a plain-language explanation, an accessible entrance or another assistance channel. You do not need to share your entire history in an initial enquiry.

Guidance and support

Ask SEF about supported employment and disability guidance programmes, participating organisations and current eligibility. Use the directory to locate municipal social services or organisations for individual support.

Confirm service area and whether referral is required.
Ask about physical access, interpretation or available adjustments; these are not assumed.

Language and digital skills

Ask adult education providers about courses matching your level and goal. For an urgent procedure, check the responsible body’s in-person or assisted alternative; learning a tool and meeting a deadline are different needs.
